產品概述I DESCRIPTION

BO22L0101型CNC型等離子圓管切割機是我公司開發的管材切割機。具有結構剛性高、穩定性好、切割效率及加工精度高的特點；產品靈活性強、安全、操作方便、能耗低，屬環保型產品；主要用于圓管材的切割。產品整體布局緊湊、合理，占地面積小。整機由切割單元、原材料儲存區、自動上料機構、送料機構、成品工件自動出料機構及存放區等組成，實現可自動接收MES系統或上位機下發訂單，通過自動送料機構送料，由切制單元對圓管實現切斷等熱切割。切割中心采用五軸聯動龍門式桁架結構，割炬姿態控制采用CNC+TCP形式，實現提精度，提效率，提升用戶體驗；本機床可根據用戶的整體需求高度定制化生產。

The entire machine is composed of a cuting unit,a raw material storage area,an automatic feeding mechanism,a feeding mechanism,a finished workpiece automatic discharge mechanism,and a storage area.It can automatically receive orders from the MES system or the upper computer,and feed through the automatic feeding mechanism.The cuting unit can cut off the circular tube and perform thermal cutting.

The cuting center adopts a five axis linkage gantry truss structure,and the cutting torch attitude control adopts the form ofCNC-TCP to improve accuracy,etficiency and user experience;
